[DUG] Sending SMSs

In the past I've used either Skype (via COM automation), which I had a
number of issues of messages just getting eaten and not delivered (might be
solved now), and SMS Gateway on android which has a number of APIs (I used
HTTP) and will allow you to send through a handset - and yes Spark will
have a problem with you doing this if you are sending large numbers of
messages - we weren't sending huge volumes and somewhat got around the
issue by adding a random delay between messages, but we still got some
warning txt messages.
