[DUG] Glyph Transprency

I'm somewhat late to the party here, but to preserve 32-bit transparency
when retrieving from a TImageList, you can first get the image as an icon,
then assign it to a bitmap. In the past I've had problems pulling the
image out as a bitmap directly.
