[DUG] XE8 with Castalia and MMX

Hi John,
Did you try removing MMX. When I first installed XE8 I had similar issue
and the reason found was the MMX. We reported the error to Model Maker and
they suggested us to first install XE8 run the IDE once before installing
MMX.
This step fixed the issue for me.
