[DUG] Average Salary

The test is designed to check the foundation of their knowledge and not
some niche area of knowledge we require or they might have. We are happy to
teach them specifics for our requirements.

It would be very hard to give someone that wasn't familiar with the code
base anything other than the most trivial change.
