[DUG] Toolcloud problems

Hmmm, I have no reason to believe this to be the case, and I hope it isn't,
but it is I thin conceivable that the keyword is "remain".  i.e. if you
have downloaded them before your subscription expired then you would remain
entitled to use them, but having not downloaded them you now need a
renewed, active subscription in order to gain access to the downloads.

Just speculating.
