[DUG] Toolcloud problems

Hi,
Merry Christmas everyone!
I thought, perhaps naively, I would download all the latest goodies we are
entitled to from our 2011 All Access subscription so that I could have a
play with Delphi XE2 and the various Embarcadero database tools (which tbh
we have never tried despite owning them for a year now) over Christmas/New
Year.
However the View Products page only shows the products which were available
when we installed Toolcloud back in May. Delphi XE2 and the latest database
tools which came out between then and when our subscription expired (30
November) aren't shown. Anyone know how to get it to update the list?
Retrieve Licence from within Toolcloud doesn't do anything and going to
https://members.embarcadero.com/all_access just tells me that the
subscription expired which is not helpful!
The only reason I bought All Access was because the products remained
licensed and useable after the expiry date so there must be a way of getting
this to work but I'm stumped at present.
