Delphi XE2 and the latest database tools which came out between then and when our subscription expired (30 November) aren’t shown. Anyone know how to get it to update the list? Retrieve Licence from within Toolcloud doesn’t do anything and going to <a href="https://members.embarcadero.com/all_access">https://members.embarcadero.com/all_access</a> just tells me that the subscription expired which is not helpful! <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The only reason I bought All Access was because the products remained licensed and useable after the expiry date so there must be a way of getting this to work but I’m stumped at present.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Regards,<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>David.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div></body></html>
