[DUG] How hard is it to get Delphi developers?

Connor,

We discovered that in 2000.  Since then we have been advertising in 
India.  One ad in Times of India (in 3 cities) usually generates 100s of 
applicants.  Thrice now, I have picked the top 5, asked them to do a 
project.  Then I have picked the top 3 and only interviewed them in 
person... and selected one.
