We discovered that in 2000. Since then we have been advertising in
India. One ad in Times of India (in 3 cities) usually generates 100s
of applicants. Thrice now, I have picked the top 5, asked them to do a
project. Then I have picked the top 3 and only interviewed them in
person... and selected one. <br>

moment. In the event of my departure or untimely demise, Catalyst
would need a replacement Delphi dev. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">How hard are these to find? We could place the
hypothetical somebody in Auckland, Napier or Wellington so location
would probably not be a problem.<o:p></o:p></p>

ahead of time, but I am not sure how many Delphi trainees are available
