If your subscription "includes support", can you not get the required
support from Embarcadero ?  ;)


In this case tho the answer is actually in the release notes:

To save you digging through, the answer you seek is that *yes, you have to
uninstall any previous version of Berlin before installing Update 2*.

However, the Update 2 installer will apparently initiate the uninstall for
you automatically.
