[DUG] Strange TWebBrowser behaviour

HI All.
I have stumbled onto some strange behavior with both the TWebBroswer
control and also the TEmbWebbrowser control, where if I tell either of the
controls to load from file, the page is displayed quite different than if I
load the SAME file from a website!
Anyone else seen this? p.s. if I tell the TEmbWebbrowser to load from
string it gives the same result.
Is there something I need to do AFTER its loaded the file?
