Hi Chaps

I've been working on a Delphi program for around 3 years. It basically
encompasses the running of our motorcycle racing entries, emails, riders
details, race classes etc etc. 

I have 8 year of club racing experience, so I have a good idea on what is
actually required for the system. Our holding body has been looking a
electronically registering all riders in NZ (5500) for a few years which I
have kept in mind with the design. If this was happening 20 years ago, I would
have made a sales pitch to them, but as I'm not up to date with the latest
options, I need help. 

The database is currently running on an SQL server at my office and requires a
the program to access the data. The next step is to do a  web app for on line
registration and payment of fees so there needs to be some web knowledge.   

This has some financial implications. I have a few ideas on how that will
work.
