[DUG] Files missing

Last night while working on my software I tried to compile my program and it
crashed. I looked in the directory and the Datamodule files were missing as
well as the main. 

I scheduled a checkdisk for this mornings boot, but still no files.

I loaded my project and found I could still load all the forms into the IDE. I
resaved these to the original names and now I can compile again. Most strange.
Not in the directory but Delphi found them ??

Is it a virus hiding files or possibly the file attribute has accidentally
changed (I have show hidden files ticked)

I'm running an SSD drive which is about 2 years old.
