You *could* raise the issue of decompiling, but to do so to suggest that
Delphi is not vulnerable in this regard would be mistaken.

If you're interested, here's a list of Delphi decompilers (though
decompiling an EXE to any source language is possible to some extent, these
tools also incorporate specific knowledge of things like the DFM resources
embedded in a Delphi app, specifically):
