[DUG] Work Wanted in Wellington

To follow on from John Bird's comments, I have been involved in technical
interviews of potential employees many times and the biggest problem we
find is we get a number of applicants who are RAD developers and struggle
with code separation techniques and using unit test with DUnit etc. let
alone ones who can't solve simple SQL problems!
Thats not to say RAD developers can't become developers who can learn how
to do code separation unit tests. Its just a change in mind set.
