[DUG] OT Phone and Windows compatibility

I'm thinking of upgrading my phone and tablet into one. The Samsung Note II with the stylus would be my choice. 

However, how compatible are the new phones with Windows 8 and Delphi apps?

I have written several apps for work and it would be great if these worked the phone. As the screens are small, (the Samsung is 5.5)  it would need a stylus to be usable.   We'll ignore the screen resolutions issues at the moment.
