[DUG] Delphi Application - SMS Text Messaging

I've been sending SMS from Skype for years and I've also tried SMS 
Gateway for Android, which basically runs a webserver on your phone, and 
you can issue REST commands to it to send messages - it's quite cool - 
probably not very "enterprisie" though.
