[DUG] Is this true? Embarcadero laid off 7 ppl in Scotts Valley yesterday, approx 1/3 of #Delphi team. RTL, VCL, IDE devs.

While I've heard nothing official and have no comment other than this:

The 1/3 is for Scotts Valley employees. The entire delphi team isn't located
in the one place.
