[DUG] Upgrade considerations

The main improvement that i found when upgrading from D7 to D2007 was that
many little subtle things in the core code had been improved or fixed, which
meant I could remove many of my own personal adjustments to the code..
I dont really do any coding with the Visual Designer, so without having to
install any code into the Designer made the upgrade process quite easy..

on the projects that did use the designer and components.. I just leave them
in Delphi 7.. no point upgrading a program that works.

I have a number or strange things in Delphi 2007, but not one real show
stopper. nothing that makes me unproductive. I'm happy with the build.
