[DUG] Bizzare Error Cannot Find DCU

Yesterday Everything was fine..
today I come in, and the application will no longer compile.. "Cannot Find
DCU"

its not a real error.. the first time I open and compile it may work fine..
second time and consequently it will fail..
If I build the App from the Command Line, it compiles without error..
I check delphis output build log, and all the paths seem to match my command
line script..

Delphi 2007..

Anyone seen this bizarre error? its just ... "happened".. with no particular
change in environment between today and yesterday
