You could try to message to the dialog once it is created. Never
tried. MSDN docs should list command names.

I've done it in applications before that has worked on Vista no
problems. Are you sure it wasn't a permission issue (where were you
saving the shortcut).

Don't know if my code is the same as the code you linked to.
