[DUG] CRViewer.dll from delphi

1. Even though customers ask us to write custom reports, in theory they
can make their own. Its a selling feature as more and more of them hire
stupid consultants.
2. Ever report thingy has its own problems - better the devil you know.
3. Report engines are fashionable beasts - we like consistency.
4. We started when there was no choice. CR was the best alternative,
almost every product appeared to be using it. Its a major major job to
convert *several hundred* reports in a way that Clients do not complain
about a single item. Also the resources are better deployed elsewhere.
Final remark - I dont know anyone that is a fan of CR. That should tell
you that at least we are honest and practical about it :-)
