[DUG] Translations

I use DKLang for multi-language support.

http://www.dk-soft.org/products/dklang/index.php?lang=en

It supports uni-code and can change language on the fly.  Usage is simple,
just have look at the examples comes with it.

Please be aware of the font name setting from the example or otherwise it
may not work properly in your application.
