[DUG] How hard is it to get Delphi developers?

Well, I suppose that I was lucky last time, that I didn't spent many weeks
before I got one, although it's a contracting role.

My experience is that, there's always a few (experienced) Delphi developers
available, but not always suitable one for you.  But I haven't really seen
anyone new to Delphi for a while.  Everyone I have seen have been on Delphi
world for a long time.

Ummm, that's a bit of a "how long is a piece of string" question... ;-)

I would think that depends on how quickly all the bits of the process
flow together; for us, as a bigger company than some others, that maybe
takes a bit longer.

I can't really get into too many specifics, but it took us a couple of
months at least probably to find the right candidate and pursue it to a
successful conclusion.
