[DUG] Report Builder Columns

Mike had a similar problem here. His report was all but identical to
another report that did work, and the dfm differences between the two
appeared to be trivial. He never found out what exactly the problem
was, but when he recreated the report from scratch the problem went
away. Maybe some subtle RB bug to do with the order of component
creation?
