[DUG] Sending Emails

Hi

I am having an issue which has recently cropped up but haven't seen
before and am getting very confused why it is happening. 
I have a TEmail component to send out an email. This is communicating
via my local MS Outlook 2003 application to send the email. I have set
up the To and CC addresses which are correct. 
If I run the application directly from the EXE then when it goes to send
it is putting the CC in the To address also and are therefore are
sending the email to the same address.
However if I run this from within Delphi to To and CC stay correct and
the email gets send correctly.
Running Delphi 6 one Windows XP.
I can also send the email via our local smtp server address and it works
fine both ways.

Any Ideas.
