[DUG] Getting to grips with Delphi direct Win32 Api

Any one wanting to get to grips with extensive Delphi use of direct Win32
Api stuff, might find this free GUI for generating windows forms (well,
calls really) useful.

Draw your project up and then MENU / File / Pascal / Win 32 Api

Save as a myFile.dpr and then review and F9 it in your Delphi IDE.
