Well I am obviously.  I would point you to my blog at http://sourceitsoftware.blogspot.com/ but you have already been there:).

There are licensing issues running osx on anything but Apple hardware. I don't know how enforceable that is here though.

Don't bother with vmware, it is too slow to be useful.  Either buy a Mac, or buy OS X and install it onto a usb drive.

Is anyone here developing apps for the iPhone.  I'm not sure about the
best way of doing this.  The SDK only really runs on OS/X so I'll either
have to use VMWare or buy a mac mini or something - any suggestions?
