[DUG] Slow Screen Update on TS Client

One of our Clients have a problem where the screen update slows down and 
a form takes 5-10 minutes to draw on a Terminal Services Client.

He of course blames it on the current update which is not substantially 
different to the previous one.

This happens on of my standalone PCs when hyperthreading is on.  When 
hyperthreading is turned off on the Clients server, everything runs too 
slowly.

Any clues anyone ?
