Aye, we get bitten that way a lot also, for the same reasons.

In fact, we have only a one in three success rate in getting
perfectly legitimate personal emails to Hotmail users. Anybody else
in that boat?

(In other words,  if you use Hotmail, don't expect to get as many
genuine emails as you'd expect, because I've no doubt the same
policies are needlessly blocking many others).
