Hi Paul!

Yes! Thanks for pointing that out - I must had just missed out those 
last two options.

I recommend purchasing the Electronic Delivery version, you get access 
to your product much faster and Annie and I are working with Codegear to 
figure out a mechanism by which you can get a DVD of the product locally 
(as it is a gigabyte download) and then order media later if you require.
