I use Click 'n go in Australia.
$79 a year for 50meg.

They say a 2GB transfer limit but that really isn't true. I've had up
to 4GB of transfer some months and they haven't said anything.
Support is extremely responsive and only had my site down a couple of
times and it was dealt with very swiftly.
They recently transfered to new servers and all went very smoothly
with no interuptions.
I will be upgrading to the 100meg plan though which is about $130 a year.
These are australian dollars. I've never had complaints about access
speed either.
