[DUG] Drag and drop attachments from email

As much as I hate to defend MS but......

It definitely is Thunderbird.  I could see my error message saying the 
file was not there before I saw the thunderbird saving in progress dialog !

In this case it was simply thunderbird passing the message before the 
file is saved.
