[DUG] Drag and drop attachments from email

Nah,  its windows.  I have a couple of apps that pass messages to each 
other to tell the other that a file is ready to be read.  The message is 
passed after the file is closed and windows is told to flush the cache.  
The receiving PC waits for half a second.  Yet on, some PCs, the 
receiver can not find the file. 

It may be another one of those hidden apis that only MS use to make sure 
that other peoples apps do not work well.  :-)
