[DUG] Application - Language translation

An earlier version of my app was translated for Chinese by someone in
Taiwan.  I didn't have to change any font settings.  I use a TrueType font.
I use GNU GetText for Delphi (http://dybdahl.dk/dxgettext).  I only had to
make some room for longer captions in a few places.
