[DUG] Indy Smtp and XTRA

Looking at world-net, it is cheaper in some cases, but not in all.  Xnet is pay for what you use, if you don't use all 30gb, you don't get charged for it.  If you have Full speed up and down, xnet will usually be cheaper.
