[DUG] dbExpress Error

No, not using UNC paths. Have been using the format 
Server17:H:\data\prod_data\prod_data.gdb
This seems to be the format that we have been using with other
applications.
At least from within the Delphi IDE we can test the connection and it
Tests OK

Tried unc address \\Server17\prod_data\prod_data.gdb and can't even get
the test connection even though the share is valid. 

Tried modifying an example application I found on the internet over the
weekend and it is working with the address format
Server17:H:\data\prod_data\prod_data.gdb and not coming up with the
"Database Server Error" so I can only guess I have got something wrong
in the application.
