[DUG] Unused copy of Delphi 7 Enterprise

You don't post often.
I have to agree, a non-transferable license seems ridiculous to me.
I know of a couple of NZ companies that have bought second hand copies of
Delphi, in NZ and from overseas, and have been able to register them with
Borland NZ without any problems after supplying a proof of purchase.
