[DUG] More Widechar and adoquery

Well the secret of get widechar from adoquery, is 
TWideMemoField(ADOQuery1.fieldbyname("details")).value

It appears however, that iohandler.writeln/readln convert the widechar
to string and do the convert as well. However, this is progress.
