Lots of things look inside zips. You can do two things.
password protect the zip. This blocks the checkers and they usually pass
it because you cant claim you "accidentally" unlease a virus if you extracted
it from a password protected zip.
I also have sent renamed executables. Again, hard to claim accidental
release when you have to rename so most virus checkers let it through -
but not all. After all you can make a pretty good guess at an executable
no matter what it is named.
