Unicode Editors. Simple as that. The VCL is not Unicode.

Download VirtualTreeView. It has Hebrew examples

Subject: [DUG] Display hebrw in a program

This is turning out to be tougher than I thought. I have file of "data"
which
is in fact byte-coded Hebrew text. If you have hebrew as your regional
setting, then opening these up in word, wordpad etc etc is fine.

Now what I want to do is includes this text with other english text AND
bold etc and other formatting.

I;ve been using RichText control but boy is this a pain to encode for
hebrew. have to convert the characters to hexadecimal, retaining case.

Alternative would be HTML.but not much better - have to convert to
special character set.

Any other suggestions??
