[DUG] Transparent Forms

Easy method :
1.Assign form color with a custom color [say, $00919191. This is to
avoid making some useful window color transparent !]
2.Assign TransparentColor with 'True';
3.Assign TranspanretColorValue with the custom color value [here
$00919191]
