[DUG] D2006 comments

I had it happen a couple of times in the beginning, someone suggested click
on the deskptop "default layout" drop-down, just did that and not only fixed
it seems to have cured it

No and it is annoying. It has been QC'd and opened. Not sure if it is going
to get fixed in the update either.
