Oops, looks like you already found it :) I have come across this before.
As I recall, you don't really have to necessarily set it in the
constructor. I think it was something to do with a wrong default for
this particular property, and setting it to true, then back to false
(even though it already is the default) fixed it I think, although I am
not entirely sure how it went exactly. I definitely do know it can be
fixed without writing any code in the constructor also.
