[DUG] XP Theme and MDI

It is a bug in Delphi 7, I have come across it before.

I am currently in Linux, so am unable to check right at this point, but
will see if I can email the solution within an hour or two, when I get a
chance to boot into Windows. It has to do with one of the properties of
the TPanel.
