[DUG] Trouble with NT Services starting on Server 2003

HI Robert,

The issue I feel is more to do with the Services infrastructure, as the service itself is working ... we can use it... only Windows has reported that the Service didn't "start in a timely fashion", and shows it's status as "starting" ... so you cannot stop and restart etc.

And it works OK on Windows Server 2003 Web Edition.

Maybe this Small Business edition of Server 2003 has some  issues!!
