[DUG] Delphi on Linux

There is no reason people couldn't write a CLR compiler for Linux. There
is one for Windows, people generally don't use it tho. 

I'm not a Mono expert - too many things to be expert at :-)

Also, I'm still not really a fan of managed code myself, but that's just
me, I still prefer native binary apps whenever possible.
