Oracle's response so far has been a sort of side-stepping red tapeish
approach.
 They have a forum you have to register for to pose the question. But to
register for it you have to answer *compulsory* questions by radio check
box, which can not be answered unless you have already downloaded the
software.
 But I can not agree to their terms and conditions in downloading the
software until they explain the apparent inconsitancies that Paul Heniz
(above) has rightly pointed out between their promotional material and their
small print in the license you have to agree to.
 So I have not downloaded the software, and can therefore not answer their
questions, and so can not enter their dedicated forum for people who have
downloaded the software, to ask them about downloading the software!
 John Cleese is in town isn't he? Sort of seems like that . . .
