Us for starters. But then there is also the fact that there is quite 
often no compelling reason for us to get the next upgrade anyway. We are 
still using D6 quite happily! So for us, it's an easy equation to solve. 
It's not a big deal really, I've never wished that we could keep on 
getting upgrades, we just look at each new release and work out if we 
think it's worthwhile. We will almost certainly upgrade to Delphi 2005 
or 2006 just to avoid using a *completely* obselete product, and to dip 
our toes into .NET.
