Unless you want to use StarTeam I don't think it is worth you getting
Enterprise. Check out the feature matrix (it is like 15 pages long
now) to see exactly what you get.

I would expect so. Check the price list for the pricing.

Help is improved from D2005 but still lacking. The new help system is
initially slow to startup and changing filters can be painfully slow
but that is MS controlled. I have seen alternate Document Explorers
for 2.0 help systems but don't know if the Borland help supports it.
